The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside: Pathway,problems And Policy Advices—A Sample From Anji

Since Anji has brought forward the development strategy of “beautiful countryside in China”,It has put forward the "Anji Mode",which is the "Three Beauties" of the environment,life and society,and has come out of a political,economic,cultural,social,and ecological environment coordinated development,Green water and Cyan mountain is gold mountain and silver mountain,the people who is rich and the county which is strong are organically unity of the scientific development of the road.In order to objectively analyze the status and function of the construction of "beautiful countryside" in Anji County,and make a policy suggestion on the construction of Anji "Post-Beautiful Village",this paper,based on the related research at home and abroad,depth in analysis the rural development model of Deqing,Lin’an,Anji,the specific course of research and conclusions are as follows:We analyzed the current situation of rural construction in China and abroad.Through the literature review,this paper analyzes the "village-building movement" in Japan,the "village renewal" in Germany,the "urban agriculture" in the United States and the "farmland consolidation" in the Netherlands.Domestic scholars have analyzed the construction of "beautiful villages" from the angle of urban and rural planning,analyzed its connotation,development mode and construction significance.We conducted an empirical analysis of "Beautiful Village" Construction in Anji.Through the analysis of the basic situation and the main experience of the construction of "Green Homeland,Wealthy Village" in Deqing and "Homeland in Deqing ",Anji should elevate the construction of "Beautiful Village" to an omnibearing level and create an internationalized Model of the "Anji model."We analyzed the future construction of “New Beautiful Village” in Anji.This paper puts forward the new and deep development goal of Anji County from three aspects: the general situation of Anji,the course of rural construction and the realistic basis of the construction of "New Beautiful Village".To circular economy model forthe module,mainly to leisure agriculture,and continuously enhance the development process of white tea,bamboo shoots,silkworm.We put forward the proposed measures to deepening the construction of beautiful village in Anji.As always,take the road of ecologically set up county,unshakeably promote agricultural modernization,and comprehensively promote the long-term mechanism of urban and rural cleaning to achieve the goal of deepening the beautiful village construction planning from the four levels: market dynamic,network layout,standard construction,intelligent monitoring.
