As the economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, more and more companies starting to focus on the development of the corporate culture, the corporate culture soft power has become an important factor in promoting the enterprise’s sustainable and healthy development. In this paper, I firstly research summarize some main theoretical research of corporate culture evaluation at home and abroad, explains the meaning of culture, the definition of corporate culture, basic features, functions, and current corporate culture assessment methods and a detailed description of the content and method of OCAI Scale. In this paper, I choice the method of combined by empirical research and case studies, the research object is Yanshan Petrochemical Company, through in-depth research, combined with the status quo of corporate culture and the current production of business forms and the next strategic development planning, I choice OCAI Scale to integrate the questionnaire obtain,analysis to identify the problems and bottlenecks of the company’s current, through further analysis of the internal and external environment, combined with the company’s actual, proposed the principles of enhance the corporate culture construction, the strategic development orientation, the improve focus, the improve processes and the security measures, We improve the company culture building system for Yanshan Petrochemical Company further as well.
