Research On Influencing Factors Of Knowledge Transfer Between Projects In The Construction Based On Characteristics Of Engineering Project

In this paper, we choose engineering projects as the research object. Through extensive literature review and summary, it analyzes the process of knowledge transfer between projects in the construction enterprise, and also deeply analyzes the influence factors in knowledge transfer process. Finally, it makes a quantitative analysison of the influence degree of influencing factors on the basis of the analysis, and gives some relevant advices according to the research results. Firstly, this paper gives some basic knowledge such as the characteristics of engineering project, definition and classification of project knowledge, definition and the mode of knowledge transfer between projects, and the motivation to knowledge transfer between projects. Then, based on the basic knowledge, it deeply analyzes the process of knowledge transfer between projects in the construction enterprise from two aspects of projects construted together and projects construtedone after another. Secondly, this paper refines the variable factors those influenced the knowledge transfer between projects in the construction enterprise based on the definition of project characteristics and analysis about knowledge transfer process. The variable factors include the geographical distance between projects, the similarity of the project, the temporary nature of projects, the urgency of the project, communication between projects, the willingness of knowledge transfer party and IT technical support. After that, this paper puts forward the theoretical hypotheses, and constructs a conceptual model of influencing factors with "the independent variableâ†'mediating variableâ†'dependent variable" additional control variables. Thirdly, based on the analysis of influencing factors of knowledge transfer between projects in the construction enterprise, this paper further constructs a structural equation model on the factors of knowledge transfer between projects. Meanwhile, it designs questionnaire, carry outs empirical research, and obtains the sample data, and then uses SPSS17.0software to preprocess and analyze the data, and applys AMOS22.0software to test and verify the structural equation model and hypotheses, coming out with a conclusion. After that, this paper deeply discusses and analyzes the conclusion, determining the effective influence of factors. Finally it gives suggestions in order to Promote the effect of knowledge transfer between projects in the construction enterprise, from four aspects those are enterprise culture construction, standard management of projects, enterprise informatization construction and post assessment system of projects.
