Research On The Logistics Performance Evaluation System Of The FC Company

Excellent management of logistics can effectively reduce the cost of enterprise and meet the needs of customers well.For manufacturing companies,to gain competitive advantage in the highly competitive environment rely on manufacturing capacity of companies is not enough,good logistics operation has been a new method for enterprise to obtain advantages.If companies want to take advantage of efficient logistics systems to gain a competitive advantage,it should be able to have a precise measure of the logistics performance evaluation system.As the main part of enterprise logistics management,enterprise logistics performance evaluation system can help enterprises to explore deeper logistics capabilities,then supervise the enterprise to improve the logistics system and the logistics capability.Based on the analysis of the logistics and performance evaluation theory and the analysis of domestic and foreign performance evaluation of the current situation,for the FC company as a the object of study,analyzing and using the theory of enterprise performance evaluation,from the transportation,storage,transportation and handling,packaging,logistics information and logistics management targets to the FC company to design the system of logistics performance evaluation index,combined with AHP,FCE and GRAP evaluate the logistics performance of FC company,then analyze the results of the evaluation,find the problems such as low efficiency of the use of equipments of transportation and handling、 the low utilization rate of storage capacity、 insufficient investment in information equipment.According to the results of this evaluation,the relevant suggestions are given,put forward to optimize the use of logistics equipments,improve the capacity utilization rate,and build a logistics information platform to improve the company’s logistics performance.
