The Construction Of County Industrial Land Use Intensity Assessment System And Empirical Analysis

The speed up of the industrialization and urbanization development in our country brings a great change to the land use style.Along with the population increase and economic development in county-level city,the scale of city construction land is also quickly increased.A great demand for land with a improper supply,results in many problems of urban land use,uncontrolled expansion,extensive land use,inefficient utilization and unused waste.All the problems make a great waste of land resources.An increase of the land use intensive utilization level,is not only an effective measure to solve the problems that happened during the county-level city development,but also is a necessary demand to realize the sustainable development of urban land resources and to build the conservation-minded society.Based on the sufficient study of the related theory of land intensive use at home and aboard,this research makes an analysis of the industrial land,and due to the three industry classification,compare the industry classification with the land-use status classification,and classify the industrial land.Based on the study of the related theory research,this article will take Yangzhong as the study object,and analyze the intensive land use level of different industrial land by using the Meta-Analysis method and case analysis.This paper takes the typical area of three different industrial land,Taiping Village,Huilong Village and Youfang Village as the evaluation object,builds the evaluation index system of industrial land intensive use from three aspect,land use intensity,land investment intensity and land output standard,analyzes the evolution process of different industrial land intensive use development and the land intensive use measure development so as to provide the related advice for land intensive use in county-level city.The estimation shows that the level of different industrial land intensive utilization in Yangzhong are increasing in recent years.In 2015,the level of industrial land intensive utilization of Yangzhong was nearly more than 0.9,especially the level of the first industry and the tertiary industry land use.In recent years,Yangzhong municipal government control the conditions of the disorderly development of urban construction through policy measures such as land regulation,and adjust land use function through a series of measures such as the centralized residence of farmers and construction of industrial zone,both the aim of which are improving the city land intensive use level.Finally,based on the correlation analysis,several policy suggestions for land intensive utilization are put forward in this paper from expanding thinking,optimal management,building system and the innovation path.On one words,the county should continue to carry out the Scientific Concept of Development.Coordination mechanism,constraint mechanism and supervision mechanism must be adhered in the process of urban development.The government must draw up some relevant regulatory policies of land intensive use,bring up innovation paths of land use to promote production,living and ecological integration model,as to further improve the level of county land intensive utilization.
