Optimization Research On The Land Intensive Utilization Under The Background Of Industrial Structure Transformation

For developing the "new economy",we need to foster new kinetic energy and promote China’s economic transformation.At present, China’s economy is in a stage of rapid development, with the advancement of industrialization, many cities will be moved into the industrial structure transition.Nanjing are actively working with spatial structure adjustment and economic and social transformation,promoting the resource-based economy translate into innovative economy.Strategic adjustment of economic structure is the core of the industrial structure adjustment, the adjustment of industrial structure must be put forward new requirements on the allocation of land resources, but the characteristics of land resources restrict the adjustment of industrial structure.To strengthen the research of land intensive utilization, proactive planning guidance, can provide a good space for industrial structure transformation support, realize the sustainable development of urban functions, but also for the urban spatial structure of evolving adds power foundation, also is the main way to build sustainable spatial structure.Urban economy is an important power of urban spatial evolution, the industrial development is the foundation of the city’s economic development, the adjustment of industrial structure determines the city’s economic strength, and impact on urban space structure.Therefore, to carry out the transformation of industrial structure under the background of urban land intensive utilization research should fully consider various influencing factors.First of all, in this paper, based on the study of the experts and scholars both at home and abroad, combined with the related basic theory, using the specialization index calculation model to Nanjing three industrial structure change tendency of parsing.
