Research On Information Security Risk Management System Of Chinese Telecom Operators

Chinese telecom operating companies are faced by complicated information security risk situations.And their management situation are scattered,discontinuous,absent or many-headed.In addition to that they lack of effective methods and tools.In order to solve these information security risk management problems and deal with information security risks,the information security risk management system based on PDCA cycle is put forward,so as to enhance the level of information security.Since this system is based on investigation and studied on current situation.On the other hand,the system is based on in-depth theoretical study.Through status quo research,we have a deeper understanding on types,characteristics,and trends of information security risks,and have a better understanding on characteristics,key problems of information security risk management of Chinese telecom operating companies.Information security theory and information security risk management theory was analyzed literately and comparatively.Then,the management system based on PDCA cycle was put forward.This system not only fits characteristics of Chinese telecom operating enterprises,but also meet needs of carrying out information security risk management system in practical.Since then,the system was demonstrated logically?Main parts of the management system was studied respectively,combining with characteristics of management system.In information security risk management theory,risk assessment is the foundation and premise.Risk assessment also involves the choice of methods and tools.So it's the basis of success in building the management system.In this paper,the risk assessment is discussed as one of main components of the system comparatively.FAHP was chosen as the method and YAHP was chosen as the tool to do research.Empirical research was done in this part.PDCA circulation principle is innovative applied in the field of information security risk management in this paper.Risk management system based on PDCA cycle is put forward to solve problems in risk management practice of Chinese telecom operating companies.It is the realistic need of management,and scientific in theory,feasible in practice.
