The Research On Performance Evaluation Of JN Rural Commercial Bank Based On EVA And BSC

Currently,SD Province Rural Credit Cooperatives is promoting the reform of banking,JN rural credit cooperatives meet the requirements of the development tend to follow the development trend of the preparation JN Rural Commercial Bank(hereinafter referred to as JN agricultural firms),JN agricultural firms as important supplier in areas of financial services has made important contributions in promoting rural development.However,the business of performance evaluation is still in the traditional stage and conservative ideas,Performance evaluation is difficult to adapt to the need of current management incentives and business development,which restricts the promotion of the enterprises core competitiveness and the strategic objectives.This article takes the reform of SD Province Rural Credit Cooperatives as the research background,the JN Rural Commercial Bank as the case studies,in the analysis of the current shortage on the basis of operating performance evaluation,to build the JN Rural Commercial Bank performance evaluation system based on EVA and BSC combination.The article uses expert investigation method to select the index of enterprise operating performance evaluation system,and then determines each index weights by using analytic hierarchy process,builds the comprehensive scorecard system.Through the contrast and analysis of comprehensive scorecard system with traditional enterprise performance evaluation system,we summarize the comprehensive scorecard performance evaluation practice recommendations and the urgent problem,and develop the implementation of security conditions,in order to successfully promote the comprehensive scorecard system,to provide new performance evaluation system for enterprise development.
