| Increasing with the development of enterprises in recent years,Jinan City Tobacco Monopoly Bureau(company)purchase varieties and purchasing operations have become increasingly frequent,the procurement management work involves more and more widely,and the workload is more and more big,business process more and more complex.If the internal control mechanism is not perfect,it will lead to the occurrence of non-standard behavior,seriously affect the efficiency of procurement,thereby affecting the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.This study through the analysis of JN tobacco companies procurement management,hoping to promote the tobacco industry,the procurement strategy of rationalization,reduce the procurement costs of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises have reference significance.In this paper,JN tobacco companies as an example,the use of research,experience summary,comparative analysis of the method,the status of its procurement management conducted a comprehensive analysis,and then put forward the relevant optimization strategy.First of all,this study aims to clarify the purpose,background,research methods and significance.The paper also analyzes the purchasing management theory,supply chain theory and the influence factors of purchasing management and the related literature,and prepares for the next step.Secondly,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of JN tobacco companies,procurement management and procurement system and process,and finds out the existing problems and reasons.Then,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to invite relevant experts to evaluate and analyze the purchasing management of JN tobacco companies.On this basis,the necessity and feasibility of the optimization of purchasing management,and then formulate the optimization principle,and then put forward the optimization measures in the aspects of organizational structure,procurement process,procurement information system,and on this basis put forward the safeguard measures of system construction,ideological understanding,supervision system,evaluation system,finally analysis of the expected effect optimization.Based on the analysis of current situation of procurement management of JN tobacco companies,established a set of scientific and rational,practical and feasible strategic procurement management system for the company,so as to further optimize the company in purchasing management to provide help,but also provide the optimization ideas ofpurchasing management for other companies in the industry. |
