Dynamic Analysis Of The Mediating Effect Of Agricultural Poverty Reduction In Poverty-stricken Areas

Many studies and practices have shown that agriculture has been in poor areas of the dominant position of the national economy,especially with a certain scale of characteristic agriculture is in the industry driven and farmers income has achieved remarkable results.A baseline survey of poverty reduction in poor area in 2001 found that located in the four provinces and cities in 689 sample households Which is still engaged in the proportion of traditional agricultural production and operation of 93.6%.And when the State Council Poverty Alleviation Office released data also show that national 592 poverty alleviation key counties,farmers per capita net income in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery revenue accounted for up to 47.6%.Agriculture has undoubtedly become an important local poverty alleviation industry and a solid foundation for regional development.As a policy highly dependent industries,large-scale agricultural development needs government support,therefore,the public policy and the development of agriculture in poverty reduction system although they play a different role,but it is equally important and inseparable.This study is based on the theoretical analysis and quantitative research,promote the government's role in the analysis of agricultural poverty reduction,using the concept of the coupling of physics,puts forward a compound poverty reduction system,which integrates the three policies of agriculture,agriculture development and poverty reduction,and The intensity of interaction and the degree of coordinated development between the three groups were investigated.Finally test the intermediary effect of agricultural development in the poverty reduction system.The main conclusions are as follows:1,agriculture policy,interaction between agricultural development and poverty reduction effect among the three strong degree;2,among the three coordinated development of the difference in the time and space;3,agricultural development in one of the significant mediating effect,and the inverted "U" type change trend.
