Capitalization Operation Of Intellectual Property In Seed Industry And Its Management Strategy

In the era of knowledge economy, intangible assets have more operational space than tangible assets. As an intangible asset of the seed industry, the capitalization operation of intellectual property rights can increase the source of funds for the seed enterprise and transform the government’s direct subsidy to the seed enterprise to help the enterprise obtain the funds from the market and can promote the development of seed industry .Finally,intellectual property play a role in the development of seed industry. China’s seed industry there are many,small scale, disorderly state of disorder, financing difficulties has been restricting the development of seed industry bottlenecks. Seed industry Intellectual property capitalization operation is a new financing path for seed industry enterprises.Based on the general theory of seed industry intellectual property right, this paper studies the capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property, and uses the theory of property right, transaction cost theory and information asymmetry to study the way of capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property and seed industry knowledge The use of SPSS software combined with the questionnaire survey on the impact of capitalization of the intellectual property operation of the factors of factor analysis, and then use the structural equation model for confirmatory analysis. Finally, the optimization strategy of capitalization operation of seed industry intellectual property is put forward. The main points are as follows:(1) The basic theory of capitalization operation of intellectual property in seed industry.
