As an important infrastructure,expressway can effectively reduce the pressure on the government's fiscal,ensure a better quality of design and construction,and improve the efficiency of project construction by the financing of BOT+EPC construction new pattern.The construction period of expressway project is long,and there are many uncertainty factors in the construction period,Through the method of risk map to identify and evaluate risk,can comprehensively analyze the link between the various risk factors,and conducive to the preparedness and response of risk.This paper made study about the risks of the expressway which using the BOT+EPC mode: Firstly,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper analyzed the characteristics of BOT+EPC model,and compared it with the BOT model,and discussed the advantages of the model;Then,combined with the BOT+EPC mode of highway project characteristics,standing in the point of view of the project company,it identified the risk factors in different project stage through the method of risk map and analyzing the causal relationship between the various risk factors to determine which was the more important factors initially.Moreover,using the risk matrix method to preliminary recognize and estimate the risk factors,the risk level of each risk factor will be obtained.And the paper compared the result with the more important risk factor in the risk identification,so as to obtain the risk decomposition level structure of the project;Finally,combining with engineering cases for validation illustrated the importance of the various indicators of risk,and on this basis,combining with the project background,putting forward reasonable countermeasured to the risks of the engineering examples.Research results provided theoretical foundation and basis risk response and control in practical engineering project,and which is good for the project company to make a reasonable risk management plan and make scientific risk management.
