An Empirical Study On The Allocation Of Agricultural Production Factors To Promote The Development Of Agricultural Economy In Sichuan

Agricultural production factors are all kinds of resources needed for agricultural production and management activities.The advantages and disadvantages of agricultural production factors directly affect the comprehensive agricultural production capacity and the improvement of comprehensive agricultural production capacity is the key to change the mode of agricultural development.As one of the most important provinces in the development of the western region of China,Sichuan is not only a province large population,but also a province with abundant agricultural resources.Giving full play to the advantages of agricultural production and improving the allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors have important practical significance to the development of agricultural economy.The allocation of agricultural production factors in Sichuan is studied in this paper,which not only plays a guiding role in agricultural economic development at the present stage in Sichuan,has a strong reference for other agricultural provinces,but also has a positive role in promoting the development of the national economy.Based on the review on classic literature about the relationship between the allocation of agricultural production factors at home and abroad and agricultural economic development,this paper conducts a theoretical and empirical study on the allocation of agricultural production factors to promote the development of agricultural economy in Sichuan.This paper firstly collects relevant theories about the allocation of agricultural production factors,then conducts a deduction from agricultural production factors from 2009 to 2015 of all regions in Sichuan with the method of empirical analysis and studies the factors affecting the allocation of agricultural production factors in Sichuan and further analyses the influence of the allocation of agricultural production factors on agricultural economic development in order to find a way to improve agricultural production capacity in Sichuan and improve people's living standards greatly.This paper is divided into four parts:Chapter one and Chapter two are involved in the first part,mainly introducing the background,research contents and research significance,collecting theoretical basis of this paper and the related literatures at home and abroad,summarizing respectively related literatures about agricultural productivity and allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors,and further explaining the research ideas and methods used in this paper and the innovation of this paper.Chapter three is the second part,conducting a descriptive analysis on the current status of allocation of agricultural production factors of all regions in Sichuan mainly from 2009 to 2015 and finding the characteristics and laws.Chapter four to Chapter five are involved in the third part,mainly measuring and calculating allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors from 2009 to 2015 of 21 regions in Sichuan with CCR model and SDEA model of data envelopment analysis methods,analyzing factors that influence allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors in Sichuan through Tobit regression model so as to find the influencing factors,and conducting a utility analysis on the allocation of agricultural production factors to promote the development agricultural economy.The results are :1.the allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors of 21 regions in Sichuan has gradually increased and the promotion of allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors of all regions can improve the overall efficiency of agricultural production in Sichuan;2.the quality of agricultural production factors of 21 regions in Sichuan is not high and the allocation of agricultural production factors needs to be improved;3.the allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors of 21 regions in Sichuan is uneven with different natural environment as well as inconsistent development degree as the main reasons;4.the factors that affect the allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors in Sichuan vary from place to place.Chapter seven is the fourth part,mainly giving conclusions based on the previous analysis and providing policy recommendations to improve the allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors in Sichuan.(1)carry out precision financial input to agriculture and gather high-quality agricultural production factors;(2)innovate land transfer mode and implement intensive managemen;(3)giving play to the demonstration effect of agricultural strong city.
