The Influence Of Vegetable Traceable System Construction Policy On Agricultural Production Efficiency Of Farmers

In this paper,Jiangxi province farmers as the analysis object,selected to participate in the vegetable traceability system policy of farmers,a total of 246 sample data,using the questionnaire survey method,literature review method and other analytical methods,at the same time using descriptive statistics analytical method to farmers' personal characteristics,family characteristics,production and management characteristics,regional characteristics,farmers' economic characteristics,market sales and relevant government policies and other qualitative analysis,and using DEA-tobit two-stage model to empirical analysis of the impact of farmers' agricultural production efficiency,the first stage using DEA method(also known as data envelopment analysis method)to measure the agricultural production efficiency of farmers,the second stage using stata.Final the following research conclusions: first,the comprehensive efficiency value of the sample households were effective,but the scale efficiency is the main factor inhibiting comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency has reached a stable level,so you can through policy incentive measures,such as to stimulate farmers to expand the scale of planting,so as to achieve the goal of agricultural production efficiency.Second,in the control variable,the farmer's age and convenient traffic conditions and the agricultural production efficiency has significantly affected,farmers the younger elderly,lower labor ability,the more conducive to agricultural production and operation,instead of peasant household relatively more young,the labor strength is better,and the higher production efficiency;Second whether convenient transportation is one of the important factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural production,agricultural production final purpose is to sell to the market,convenient transportation conditions directly affect the results of agricultural products sales,the traffic is not convenient,will lead to the stay of agricultural products,agricultural products cannot be fully sales,farmers income is reduced,resulting in low efficiency of agricultural production.Third,core variable section,the relevant guidance of science and technology policy evaluation,policy recognition and evaluation of policy propaganda and to shed subsidy policy evaluation and farmers shows significant positive influence on the agricultural production efficiency.According to the research conclusion,the following relevant policy Suggestions are put forward: First,the subsidy intensity is expanded,the subsidy policy spirit,the activation,the subsidy standard is personalized;Second,Increase the publicity of the policy of traceability system construction;Third,Strengthening the guidance of agricultural science and technology and deepening the innovation of agricultural science and technology;Forth,We will establish a unified purchase point for agricultural products and implement policy recommendations for the market of rural agricultural products.
