According to research report on China building energy conservation,China's building energy consumption ranked second in the world in 2014,behind to the United States.Building energy conservation was one of the key projects in the 12 th Five-Year energy conservation and emission reduction plan.Since 2012,Chinese government has begun to work to achieve the goal of building energy conservation,the various standards,policies and measures have been issued,Subsequently the policies of energy conservation and emission reduction attracted a large number of capitals,with the market of building's energy conservation industry rapidly expanding,the competition was being intensified.TK company is a traditional building energy conservation solutions provider,whose existing business model has been unable to adapt to changes in the external environment,TK company should timely seize opportunity,hold a trend,adjust the company's development strategy and energy conservation service business development strategy,It is very important to TK company's survival and development.Based on the strategic management theory,firstly,using PEST model and the Potter five forces model,this paper studies TK company's macro environment,industry environment and competitive environment.Secondly,based on the value chain model,this paper analyzes the TK company's resources utilization,capabilities and competitive advantages and disadvantages.Then,SWOT analysis method is used to make strategic planning.This paper argues that when the pattern of technological change in building energy conservation service industry,TK company should make use of the advantages of quick,small transformation to seize the market changes,accelerate multi-dimensional building energy conservation service such as information consulting,training,software development,project management,system maintenance,energy conservation operations,to build a combination of competition advantage.In the research process of business development strategy on building energy conservation of TK company,the value chain theory is used to combine the traditional value chain and the virtual value chain to build the relationship model of knowledge cycle,value transfer and demand transfer in the building energy conservation industry,the strategy of commercial building energy conservation Service,is put forward,which are science and technology strategy,alliance strategy,information strategy,product and service differentiation strategy and brand marketing strategy.In order to avoid the possible risks,this paper makes some suggestions on the implementation of TK company's development strategy,Which will provide a good reference for the small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of building energy conservation service.
