Research On Dynamic Risk Of Thermal Power Construction Project Financing

Thermal power generation is still the main power of China's electric power.In our country,the proportion of other electricity generating capacity is only about 30%.The development of thermal power enterprises plays an important role in the development of China's national economy and society.Due to thermal power with large generation capacity,mature technology,less constraints and other reasons,in a fairly long period of time,the development and construction of thermal power generation is always an important issue.Analysis and management of thermal power construction project financing risk is beneficial to reduce the construction cost of thermal power construction project,and has an important role in the development of thermal power construction and the diversity of project financing.This paper analyzes and predicts the risk of thermal power construction project financing from the dynamic prospect,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of thermal power construction projects and is good to the development of thermal power enterprises.The construction of any project will face the risk of economic and social,political technology,and other related risk.the thermal power construction project not only has common risks at the same time but also has its unique characteristics,which different from other construction projects in terms of risk factors.The risk of lack of reasonable analysis and prediction of the project is prone to bias,will waste resources and make a great loss of enterprises or countries.Through the reading of paper,and the study on the financing risk of thermal power construction project,I find that the research of dynamic risk of thermal power construction project is less.The financing risk of thermal power construction projects is constantly changing.The research on the risk with old ways,has a negative impact on thermal power construction project decision-making.The risk of thermal power construction project financing is a complete system,and it contains some smaller risk systems,This paper is plan to research and analyze the relationship between the subsystem,and the changes of the project financing risk in a dynamic perspective.First of all this paper analyzes the background and significance of research on thermal power construction project financing risk Then it analyses lots of domestic and international relevant research.After reading these domestic and foreign relevant papers,I find that relevant research about dynamic risk of thermal power construction project is less,so this paper put forward the methods of system dynamics and its advantages,and the importance of study on dynamic risk.Secondly,this paper establishes a system dynamics model of dynamic risk financing for thermal power plant construction project,which is divided into different smaller risk systems,and analyzes the mutual influence between these smaller systems and impact factor of each subsystem,This paper also establishes the corresponding logic function through different relations.Finally,the empirical research on the model shows that the thermal power construction project financing risk dynamic model is reasonable and scientific,and put forward some reasonable suggestions to avoid the risk of thermal power construction project financing.
