Design Of Performance Evaluation System For Neinenggu Electric Power Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

Requires the further deepening of China's market economic system gradually perfect and development of the reform of the electric power system of modern electric power enterprises in all aspects of modern electric power enterprises need to establish a relatively perfect performance appraisal system,build efficient incentive compatible mechanism objective,clear strategic objectives of electric power enterprises.How to build a performance evaluation method which is in line with the characteristics of the power industry and improve the efficiency of the performance evaluation is a lot of experts have been concerned about and discussed the major issues.This paper study on the theoretical system of performance evaluation and application of tools based on the implementation of the Inner Mongolia Power Company through the analysis before the performance appraisal reform process,made summary of the reform of the achievement and face resistance,some problems with the performance appraisal system of electric power enterprises generally exist,using the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation evaluation method of enterprise level and staff level are analyzed.Come to the conclusion of the study,the use of AHP can be very good to the staff performance appraisal of some qualitative quantitative index and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to wake the judge,can draw the employees' performance level,also can calculate the specific points,is conducive to the horizontal and vertical comparison.By using the Balanced Scorecard to determine the index at the enterprise level,not only on the financial index as the only standard to measure the performance of the enterprise,adding some non-financial indicators,can be more comprehensive and objective description of the electric power enterprise's overall situation.
