Power demand side management refers to that the power supply enterprises develop the relevant policies to power users,which can guide the power users to take the initiative way to reduce power consumption during power peak period and increase power consumption during power valley period.With the development of smart grid,the type of TOU price demand response projects will have more efficient terminal load control efficiency,the change of any load demand and response of the power users will be accurate perception,and make corresponding measures to realize real-time interaction with power users.Firstly,this paper has analyzed the urgent electricity market environment and the research status on demand response of our country,illustrating that it is of great significance to further research the demand response project.Then,some related concepts of power system market has been discussed,including the power marketing theory,the implementation process of TOU power price,the main content of the demand side management,the load characteristic indexes of power system,the classification principle of power users,etc.Then,the actual load characteristics,the power price,the line loss,the economic operation of Chaoyang country power grid of Liaoning Province in 2015 are introduced in this paper.From the analysis to the actual load characteristics,we can conclude that it is feasible to implement the TOU pricing policy in Chaoyang country power grid,which can realize the economic operation of power grid.Thirdly,from the analysis to the actual resident load curve,we can conclude that the current ladder price policy will lead to a larger peak and valley rate,which has a large irrationality.On the basis of the current ladder price policy,this chapter divides the resident groups into corresponding sub-group market segments,and establishes the price optimization model to solve the optimal TOU power price in the ladder price policy.In this way,the high-quality power price marketing strategy is proposed to improve the economic efficiency of Chaoyang country power supply enterprise.Finally,the problems existing and the main work done and the next step research have been pointed out.
