Gansu Province Agricultural Insurance Development Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

As early as 1980 s in Jiangxi,Fujian,Zhejiang and other provinces have tried to work in rural housing insurance,the first is to start from the local scene.However,after 1990,because the rural housing insurance payment rate is expensive and various policies are incomplete,so the beginning of trial related work stop.By twenty-first Century,the government began to pay attention to implement rural housing insurance,this kind of atmosphere conducive to rural housing insurance implemented again.Fujian is the first implementation of agricultural insurance policies of the provinces,in 2006 August,the good effect that other provinces have begun to follow suit,until today has been in 10 provinces,they engaged in related work in different extent,the formation of the management.Gansu province is one of the pilot provinces,since 2012,Gansu province began to develop rural housing insurance,related policy and related institutions to make full use of different lines of reality and the government support for resources,increase insurance,from small start construction of the extension,and encourage the characteristics of promising pilot tasks related to open time to explore new agricultural insurance,rural housing insurance enhance the influence,enhance its incentives to farmers,gradually to the province into its different peasant family.This article is based on a study of Gansu province rural housing insurance,the province in recent years to meet agricultural housing insurance implementation status and related difficulties as well as the way of future development prospects and comprehensive analysis,and put out some issues on the research of the whole made questionnaire to farmers for county fixed random access through the analysis,the farmers are given the answer,we can know how much farmers on rural housing insurance and choose to buy the insurance accounted for the proportion of the number.But also should pay attention to government departments and relevant staff,sales staff,and understand their work.The findings contrast study,combined with the linear regression analysis method in Higher Mathematics further,detailed understanding of the possible problems and puts forward the corresponding solution method is given,the influence of different promotion pilot insurance,clear To implement a series of measures to protect the normal,promote rural housing insurance work and rapid development,to promote the development of the whole Gansu province.
