Study On Utility Value Of Multi-stage Enterprise Diagnostic

Most of the studies on enterprise diagnosis are focused on one-time enterprise clinic activities.However,it is not easy to achieve long-term healthy development of enterprises by diagnosing and solving the problems of the enterprises diagnosed.The diagnosis and treatment to patients with long-term cooperation has become new enterprise diagnosis mode.In view of the above problems,the purpose of this study is to improve the diagnostic value of enterprises and to promote the long-term cooperation between the clinicians and the patients.In order to realize the long-term stable development of the enterprises multi-stage diagnosis and utility,the value of the enterprise in different stages of the implementation of the choice of points could achieve the different stages of business effectiveness of different subjects under the utility value,ultimately maximizing the value of enterprise diagnostic utility.First of all,the paper compare the enterprise of one-time diagnosis and multi-stage diagnosis for a comparative analysis of multi-stage diagnosis of the utility value of business diagnosis and the significance of this paper's argument;secondly,through the application of utility value to multi-stage consultation,apply utility value theory in multi-stage consultation to the analysis of the different stage and different utility value and the selection of clinic selection point;Thirdly,this paper uses AHP to structure and distribute the positive utility value of the diagnosis and combine weight of the influence factor of the three-party utility value on the value of the enterprise diagnosis program was obtained.The value of three factors in different stages of enterprise diagnosis is analyzed,and the utility value of multi-stage enterprise diagnosis is compared with the utility value of positive one-time diagnosis.The total utility value of the stage of diagnosis is far greater than that of positive diagnosis,which confirms the necessity and validity of the multi-stage enterprise diagnosis proposed in this paper.The relationship between the diagnosis stage and the utility value of the diagnosis utility is analyzed.Markov method is used to analyze the change of utility subject and utility value in different stages,and the state transition probability matrix.Analyze the change of utility subject and utility value in different stages of diagnosis and treatment,and determine the changing law of utility subject and utility value in different stages of diagnosis and treatment.Finally,according to the utility value of Markov model of multistage diagnosis,the choice of the stage of the diagnosis and the choice of the diagnosis point in the different stages of consultation,the conclusions are as follows:In the early stage of enterprise diagnosis,the diagnosis team should use the principal as the main body of utility,from the business function layer of the value of the business sector to determine the point of diagnosis for business diagnosis,to achieve the value of the early diagnosis of the commissioner utility;In the middle of the enterprise diagnosis,the diagnosis team should take the diagnosis enterprise as the main body of the utility,and carry on the enterprise diagnosis from the enterprise layer of the value function body to realize the enterprise value in the medium-term diagnosis;In the later stage of enterprise diagnosis,the team should take the patients as the main body to realize the long-term healthy development of the patients,and carry out enterprise diagnosis from the industry level of the value function,and realize the expert value of the diagnosis team;Through the above three stages of the gradual,the diagnosis team can maximize the utility of the entire enterprise diagnostic process value.
