Development Status Of Family Farms In Guangxi And Countermeasures

With the advancement of industrialization and urbanization in China,the development of agricultural and rural areas in China has entered a new stage.The traditional agricultural management mode is unable to adapt to the development needs of modern agriculture.To solve this problem,We need to focus on the construction of modern agriculture,efforts to build intensive,professional,organizational,social combination of a new type of agricultural management system to liberate and develop rural social productive forces.Family farms are part of the foundation of the new agricultural management system.To build modern agriculture,we must develop family farms priority.Since the third plenary session of the Seventh CPC Central Committee in 2008 proposed the first family farm,the 2013 Central Document put forward and encourage the development of family farms.Followed by the country began to carry out the family farms vigorously,of which Zhejiang,Hubei,Guangdong and Fujian and other central and eastern regions of the development of more mature,in contrast,the western of our country,family farms have just begun to develop because of the economy.In this paper,Guangxi,which is located in the southwest region,is the research area,and some household farms in the area are surveyed.The data of the survey are analyzed,and the development status and problems of the family farms in Guangxi are studied.CountermeasureThis paper finds that the factors restricting the development of family farms in Guangxi are the factors of talent,capital factors,land and other factors.The development of Guangxi family farms need to establish a sound new farmer vocational education and training system,cultivate new farmers;to strengthen the financial support for family farms;Speed up land transfer,regulate the land transfer system.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the research background and significance,introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and methods,research innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter is the core concept and theoretical basis,the main content is the definition and characteristics of family farms,theoretical basis.The third chapter is the research on the status quo of the development of family farms,and introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign family farms and the status quo of the development of family farms in Guangxi.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems encountered in the development of family farms inGuangxi.The fifth chapter is to summarize and solve the problems encountered in the development of family farms in Guangxi.The sixth chapter is the research prospect of Guangxi family farm.
