With the the scale and extent of the rural labor outflow have deepended,the rural labor outflow have started to release their negative effect in certain rural areas,which is proved by a survey of some rural poor areas in Guangxi.So,to weaken the negative impact,it may be necessary to the future research on labor outflow of these rural areas,launched a further study of labor mobility.This paper mainly includes the following sections:first,combined with the push-pull theory and new migration theory,I determine to explore the effect of family factors on rural labor outflow on the household perspective.Second,by using the data of poverty alleviation project which is organized by the World Bank in 2016,1 summarizes the possible family factors that may have an effction on labor outflow,which can be divided into family human capital,family material capital and social capital,then logistics model is used to study their influence on the labor outflow;Third,using,to reveal the negative impact of rural labor outflow,variance analysis and simple statistical analysis is adopted in research.The results show that there is a special phenomenon called "elite labor outflow" in these rural areas,which have some negative effects,such as left-behind problems,inefficient use of land.Unexpected,the labor force outflow do not improve the income of rural households and agricultural production,agricultural investment.family human capital and family material capital have a strong effect on labor force outflow.Finally,in order to solve the problems caused by the outflow of rural labor force,the paper puts forward some improvement suggestions:giving care and attention to those left-behind people,promoting the intensive use of land,developing modern agriculture and increasing the number of local non-agricultural jobs.
