Evaluation Method Of The Intensive Land Utilization

The intensive land utilization is not only an essential request for sustainable urban development, but also one of the hot spots for recent urban land use study at home and abroad. Based on brief review of the development of urban land use, the paper analyses the urgency of intensive land utilization of our country; Be aimed at the differences of the evaluation indexes and the faultiness of the evaluation methods about our country's intensive land utilization, the paper discusses the meaning, the infection factors and the evaluation methods of the intensive land utilization. The evaluation indexes model is designed from city economics factor, society factor, zoology factor and developing direction factor. Using entropy-weight to improve the weight which decided by analytical hierarchy process, then according to linearity method the entropy-weight which based on data combined with the weight of analytical hierarchy process which based on experts' estimation, which avoid the influence from human factors; At last, the paper uses this method to evaluate the intensive land utilization of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and Chongqing, the result can provide detailed information for city construction department, land management department and planning department to help them make development policy, it also can supply scientific basis which can help us do further reseach in city land use.
