With ongoing expansion of the market economy and upgrading of the industrial structure in China,enterprises are facing major changes in the living environment,industry transformation and structural upgrade have become their possible path to survive.but the present Chinese enterprises' human resources management is mostly out of date and far behind of the need of restructuring and development,which have limited the pace of enterprise development.This article firstly studied and comprehensively commented the related domestic and international literature,introduces the relevant theories of the development of the enterprise transformation,analyzes the human resources management present situation of A company and finds out the existing problem of it,for example,the management level are lacking of scientific management idea,they still stay in the labor management status,they are lacking of strategic planning,professionalism and precision in the management of human resources,etc.In allusion to the above problems,this article proposes the requests of transformation development to human resource management,the optimization principle and target of human resource management,it also put forward the optimization and perfecting strategy of human resource planning,recruiting allocation,salary stimulating,performance management and employee training and so on.
