In pace with the continuous development of our economy, competition among enterprises will become more intense. Contemporary competition between petroleum enterprises indeed is the competition for talents; professional and technical talents of enterprises as an important part of talent team, naturally become the key point in the enterprise competition. As petroleum enterprises are technology-intensive, large numbers of professional and technical talents are needed. Questions of how to attract professional technical talents, how to steady the existing professional and technical talents of oilfield enterprises, and how to make the these talents playing their roles and talent to the largest extent in order to promote the continuous development of oilfield enterprises are important aspects that the talent management must focus on.Under the guidance of talent management theories, the status of talents specialized in technical of ZY oilfield were analyzed, including the main problems in management and the reasons of these problems; then comparing the professional talents and specialists management in typical petroleum enterprises in our country and summarizing the experiences and enlightenments of these enterprises. In addition, on the basis of ZY oilfield’s reality, professional and technical talent management scheme of ZY oilfield was established.Combined with internal,external environment and the characteristics of talents specialized in technical, the guiding ideology, objectives, basis, fundamental rules and content of professional and technical talents were determined; and specific strategies of talents management system in recruitmentã€trainingã€motivationã€evaluation were proposed, making the professional and technical personnel management more rule-based. Furthermore, the implementation of scheme was investigated, and the corresponding measures and methods were presented. |
