Research On Human Resource Integration Under New Urbanization

Urbanization is the way to build a well-off society and realize the socialist modernization.It is also a powerful force to promote sustained and healthy economic development.It also solves the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,realizing the comprehensive development of urban and rural areas.It is the inevitable requirement of all-round social progress.The rapid development of traditional urbanization,producing some problems need to solve,so the new urbanization must be developed.New urbanization emphasizes the human-centered,and finally realizes the quality of urbanization.In the process of new urbanization,human resource integration plays a key role,and how to explore the human resources is necessary,they both influence each other.Due to the new urbanization is the new strategy of urbanization in China,combined with the fact that the number of rural population in China is sufficient,but it is not satisfactory in quality.Therefore,based on the new urbanization,it is a urgent problem to explore the effective ways and methods of human resource integration.This paper focuses on analysis the basic situation and the dilemma about rural human resource integration of the new urbanization in Gaoyou,and provides some opinions and suggestions.This paper explores the process of urbanization and rural human resource integration in Gaoyou by means of theoretical and quantitative analysis.It analyzes factors that population into urban areas and how to realize the value.Put forward the framework of human resource integration,and then provide suggestions for the coordinated development of them.This paper fristly elaborates the research background,purpose,significance and methods.Secondly,it mainly reviews the theory of urbanization and human resource integration,and determines the scope of theoretical research.Thirdly,it analyzes the connotation of the new urbanization,and the connection between the new urbanization and the integration of human resources.Fourthly,it analyzes the status quo of urbanization and the current level of integration in Gaoyou,and investigates the relationship between them.At the same time,analyzes the data through the Binary Logistic analysis by SPSS19.0.Finally,on the basis of relevant theories and analysis,it includes the human resources integration framework of purpose,main body,principle,integration mode,path and provides countermeasures for the integration of human resources under the new urbanization process.
