| The XX enterprise is a high-tech enterprise whose businesses include R & D and manufacturing,and it is located in Xi’an High and New Technology Development Zone,although this enterprise started earlier in Xi’an,and it has accumulated some competitive advantages and has become a dominant enterprise,compared with China’s high-tech enterprises in other developed areas,there are still some gaps,such as the shortages of performance in the core and key technology and the low independent innovation ability and so on,however,the effective innovation mode and methods may play a guiding role in solving these shortages.Therefore,using the existing theories and methods,this research will make a diagnosis to the XX high-tech enterprise,and puts forward this enterprise should implement the dual innovation which can help it to obtain the persistence competitive advantages,and the dual innovation includes incremental innovation and breakthrough innovation,with the accumulation of incremental innovation,When it reaches a certain level,the breakthrough innovation can be implemented,and further the breakthrough innovation can also promote another progressive of the incremental innovation,this will eventually form a virtuous cycle,and this process can enhance the innovation ability and competitive advantage of some enterprises.In this research,firstly,introduces the general information of the XX high-tech enterprise,and then uses the SWOT method to analyze the current situation of this enterprise,and the SWOT results indicate that there are some disadvantages of the XX high-tech enterprise: lack of R & D funds,limited production capacity,limited supply of some core components,and some threatens: the competitors’ initiation and foreign competitors’ enrollment and so on,however,considering the chances and the advantages of this enterprise,it is feasible to implement the dual innovation in this enterprise.Based on the above results,the paper firstly designs the dual innovation system of XX high-tech enterprises from three angles including the conception,principle and main frame,in the meanwhile,the main frame should include three aspects: innovation environment,innovation process and innovation results.Based on this,build the dual innovation including the guidance subsystem,the alliance innovation subsystem,integrated interactive subsystem,coordination system,incentive subsystem,knowledge management subsystem,achievement promotion subsystem,evaluation feedback subsystem the risk control subsystem,and the government support system;and then,puts these ten subsystems as influencing factors,and uses the DEMATEL method to identify the key influencing factors(subsystems),the results show that the key subsystems include the alliance innovation subsystem,evaluation feedback subsystem,risk control subsystem and government support subsystem.Finally,based on the results of SWOT analysis and the four key factors,puts forward the following six suggestions:(1)Strengthens the alliance innovation mechanism,promotes the integration and optimization of related resources and the accumulation of innovation;(2)Gradually improves the evaluation feedback subsystem,improves and strengthens its operational efficiency;(3)Builds the risk identification,diagnosis,tracking and response mechanism of dual innovation system;(4)Improves the innovation mechanism,strengthens the sense of government services,and enhances innovation;(5)Strengthens the construction of the internal institution,and actively promotes the transformation and protection of scientific and technological achievements;(6)Establishes and improves the incentive mechanism of talent aggregation and innovation. |
