Position management is an important content of human resource management in modern enterprises, and the position management system is the basic content of human resource management, and it is the precondition of carrying out human resource management. A set of scientific and reasonable, perfect job management system, employee career planning guide book, employee personal and professional growth of map development, is conducive to get rid of the ceiling of the career development, to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, and always maintain a high spirited to work enthusiasm, help enterprises to retain talent,talent for modern enterprise has very important practical significance.Through the combing of DA company existing human resource situation and job management system, and points out the problems existing in the position management of DA company, on the basis of, combined with DA company’s actual situation, reference for the job system of theory and method, the DA company original position system and improve and perfect, re established the position system, presents the design standard of job positions,established responsibilities and rights norms and entry standards, and to play a good position system of motivation and guidance given the reference.
