Audit is an important method to supervise the process of the implementation of the national policy system. In today's society,the explosive growth of all kinds of information result in the growing difficulty to get the management data .But the construction of the audit data center is a significant means to solve the problem. Therefore,the research of the related technology is significant for the audit data center.Based on the summary of the research status and results of traditional data center and optimization technology for database,this thesis puts forward the method to optimize the audit data center for the field of social security audit.This thesis has two main research contents :one is,by research the relation between the SQL statement and the relational algebra,optimize part of the SQL statement of audit method by the equivalent transformation of relational algebra;two is optimizing the database for the audit data center of some government department comprehensively,according to the actual situation.Firstly,this thesis proposes the target to optimize the audit data center,according to the research status and results of the traditional data center and optimization technology for database. Secondly,this thesis finds the audit method that can influence the performance of the data center by monitoring the working state of audit data center.This thesis transforms the audit method into relational algebra by the relation between the relational algebra and the SQL statement .This thesis optimizes the relational algebra by the equivalent substitution and optimization rules of the relational algebra. Then,this thesis optimizes the entire database comprehensively by the monitoring results of the audit database. Lastly,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed optimization scheme for the audit data center are tested and verified by the experiments.
