With the rapid economic development and the ever-changing technology,people's lifestyle and learning methods have undergone tremendous changes.As we all know,we are gradually entering the "micro" era.Nowadays,Microblogging,WeChat,Micro-class have closely related to our lives.WeChat,as an instant messaging application,has deeply influenced our daily life in just few years.Then,WeChat learning has become a new type of training model.Using the new model for enterprise training has become one of the hottest topics for a while.However,the study of WeChat learning all over the world has not yet formed as a set of processes that are generally applicable to modern enterprise training.For instance,the problem of how to operate WeChat learning in the enterprise,and the result of the training effect remain in practice to explore.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper tries to study the ‘micro-training' of enterprises based on the theory of open innovation through the combination of theoretical research and case analysis.First of all,this paper reviews and analyzes the theory of open innovation,the theory of user innovation and the concept of lifelong learning.Moreover,the paper also expatiates on the research of mobile learning,micro learning and micro training.Then the paper uses the dimension analysis method to analyze the online ‘micro-training' program of company A and company B,based on the three dimensions of knowledge management level,information opening degree and organizational learning cost,to further analyze and summarize the practical application effect of the case by combining with questionnaire survey.The basic conclusions for the study are the following three points: the use of WeChat's innovation of public platform to ‘micro-training'(1)can break the time and space constraints,reduce the input costs of business;(2)can expand the numbers of trainers along with improvement of training effect;(3)is still more suitable for pre-class,after-school links,but not applicable to the course,and the teaching interactive effect is not ideal.Finally,according to the above conclusions,this study points out some practical suggestions on how to use "micro-training" effectively for enterprises,and also points out the limitations of this study and the prospect of future researches.
