Since April 20, 2008, JH the postal savings bank of China branch(hereinafter referred to as the post office, JH branch) has been established, a gold business become one of the post office bank four business sectors in the development of theory of "only credit environment, a stable gold business development has come in. Along with the rapid economic growth in recent years, especially the residents’ income levels increased significantly in recent years, people began to surge in demand for bank personal financial services, a gold business development footsteps gradually speed up. As of December 31, 2014, the post office savings bank of China branches of system-wide JH personal financial business indicators record highs, average daily balance is 5.82 billion yuan, including individual savings agency of insurance business sales of 112 million yuan, 132 million yuan RMB financial business, credit card 42300 credit CARDS, generate an income of 77.6321 million yuan.In order to adapt to market changes resulting from the new policy as soon as possible, a solid market position, post office, JH branch from the strategy of survival and development to realize must change management and business development strategy as soon as possible, abandon the theory of credit, attaches great importance to the gold business development, especially the development of personal savings business, personal savings business will be promoted to the strategic business. At present, the commercial Banks in China have realized the traditional business marketing model has been unable to support the business development needs. In the Internet rapid development, mobile phone client increasingly today, relying on the network channels such as innovative financial products, innovative financial service mode, can promote the competitiveness of the bank’s image and comprehensively. The purpose of this paper is to through the analysis of the postal savings bank of China branch of gold JH business development present situation and existing problems of insufficient, and put forward based on micro letter platform to expand a gold business strategy, for the better development of post office branches JH gold business to provide the reference.
