Study On The Impact Of Forest Property Right Stability On Farmers’ Forestry Production

Collective forest area is rich in forest resources,forestry is an important source of income of farmers in the forest,and there is greater growth potential and space.Increasing investment in forestry production is an important means to tap the potential of forestry income.The stability of forest property rights is an important factor affecting farmers’ forestry management and investment behavior,but the research has not yet reached a consensus conclusion.On the basis of combing a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper takes the collective forest of Zhejiang Province as an example,and uses the field survey data of 706 plots of 192 households to describe the property rights stability and collective Forest farmers in the forest production investment behavior,the use of econometric methods,empirical test of farmers forestry production investment behavior factors.The main contents of this paper include three aspects: one is the analysis of forest resources in collective forest area,the other is the analysis of forestry production input of collective forest farmers,and the third is the empirical analysis of the influence of forest property right stability on farmers’ forestry production.On the basis of this,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the forestry resources of the collective forest area are more abundant and the forestry management of the farmers is more active.Secondly,the farmers have a scale benefit in the forestry production investment.The government subsidy policy has an incentive effect on the investment in forestry,forestry and forestry production.Thirdly,the stability of forest land property has certain influence on the forestry production of farmers,but different afforestation.There are differences in the sensitivity of the tree species to the stability of the forest property rights.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: First,regulate the relevant behavior,to guide farmers in the abandoned farmland to operate forestry;Second,in the stability of forest land on the basis of the right to encourage the transfer of forest land to achieve the scale of operation,and give the necessary government subsidies to improve the efficiency of forestry management;Third,we should continue to deepen the reform of forest right system and further enhance the stability of forest property rights.For the development of collective forest development.
