Study On The Optimization Of Project Procurement Management Of AAF Company

In the background of economic globalization and the fierce market competition,enterprises should continue to develop and expand,they can not be separated from the effective procurement project management,procurement project management level is directly related to the company's project, the company's project cost, efficiency, quality and so on. From practice, in the implementation of project management,project procurement management is an important part of project procurement, is the largest application of project funds, the fund is relatively high, project procurement to be successful, it is not timely, efficient, low cost of project procurement, procurement management level to improve the healthy development of enterprise's core has a very important practical significance. Through analysis of the status of enterprise procurement management, strengthen the management of procurement, can save the cost of enterprise,so as to increase enterprise profit, through strengthening communication and management of supply chain, improve the supply management mode, the raw materials and circulation of enterprise procurement effective regulation, can improve the company's capital and reduce unnecessary links,so as to promote the good operation of enterprises. Through the optimization management of the procurement process, it can provide the basis for the enterprise business process reengineering and improve the existing business process structure. At the same time, the purchase is the external activities of the enterprise,which involves a wide range,which can provide a lot of information support for the enterprise. Thus, the procurement management plays a key role in the development of the whole enterprise.This paper is composed of five chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and introduces the research contents and ideas. The second chapter is the theoretical part, the paper analyzes the current situation and problems of AAF company's project procurement. The third chapter is the core part of this thesis. The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper. In the view, AAF company must optimize the organization and purchasing process,and optimize the material and personnel of the project. Second, we must focus on the supply chain optimization, we need to strengthen the supplier's optimal management,to establish strategic partnership with the supplier and to evaluate the supplier's comprehensive evaluation and training.Finally, to focus on the procurement of performance management to optimize the supply chain inventory management, classification management as a dimension of effective performance management. In the fifth chapter, the effect of the optimization of project procurement management in AAF enterprises is evaluated from the aspects of capital,demand, personnel, scale and management efficiency. It is concluded that the problem of project procurement management in AAF company may be caused by the reduction of the efficiency of the short time, the existing staff is not suitable for the new procurement model, based on these problems and corresponding solutions.
