Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Green Residential Stakeholders Based On Incremental Cost-benefits

Green residential is aimed to save resources and improve environment.On the one hand it can provide a new assesses to implement ecological civilization construction,on the other hand it will promote the high-quality development of environmental resources effectively as well as the effective use of resources.Also it makes energy conservation and emission reduction comprehensively due to improve residents' life quality.Finally Green residential will become the main development direction of building in the future.However the development of green residential in China is slowly.Thus,it's essential to develop appropriate incentive mechanisms to promote the sustainable and healthy development of green residential market,so that it will harmonize the contradictory relationship among main stakeholders.This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and problems of why green housing is developed slowly in China with the help of processing actual data and documents.And it put forward the connotation of green residential incentive mechanism combined with current relevant standards and policies.Secondly,it identifies the main stakeholders of green residential,in order to construct a dynamic game model on supply side and the demand side under the-influence of incentive policies overall system dynamic game model on basis of the incremental cost-benefit structure detailed,then it can get the stable strategy results of promotion of green residential market directly affected by government incentive policies.Thirdly,according to the basic theory of system dynamics,this thesis establishes the causal relationship sub-graphs of government subsystem,developer subsystem and consumer subsystem respectively.Then integrate these three subsystems into the overall green residence system inventory flow model which can find out the key feedback loop and the function mechanism.Fourthly,the Vensim PLE software is used to construct and simulate the structural equations of the system to verify the theoretical analysis through stimulative testing based on the green residential research and statistical data of Hunan Province.And it controls the important parameters in the model system to obtain the trends that influenced by target variables.Finally,the thesis ex-cogitates the incentive mechanism for main green residential stakeholders also proposes appropriate incentive measures and its safeguard measures for the important impact parameters based on the simulation results of the variable regulation.This paper uses dynamic game and system dynamics method to study the incentive mechanism among main green residential stakeholders.The consequences not only clarifies the importance of government in marketing promotion but also establishes corresponding incentive mechanism based on the incremental cost-benefit structure of interest subjects which expands the theoretical analysis of incentive mechanism for green residential to some extent.In the meanwhile,it also provides a certain practical reference for government to propose relevant policies.
