Risk Evaluation Research On Project Of Home Network Coverage

With the Chinese government comprehensively promoting the "Internet+",a new model of economic development,the project of network coverage which is the infrastructure bearing the "Internet+" has been raised to an unprecedented level.China Mobile Zhejiang Co.,Ltd.Hangzhou branch positively respond to the call of the national strategy:”Broadband China",and carry out large-scale projects of home broadband coverage.When the scale of engineering growing,the complexity improving,and the coordination difficulty getting bigger,various risks are continuously rising.Existing management methods of telecommunications project are not adjusted to new situations.Therefore,it' s imperative to carry out the risk management on the project of home network coverage.This paper,according to the project of China Mobile Zhejiang Co.,Ltd.Hangzhou branch,studies the risk management about home broadband coverage project.First,on the basis of literature,the research about risk management of domestic and international project was analyzed,and theories of risk management was described in this paper.Second,this paper carried out research on Risk Factors Index System of home broadband coverage project.Then by composing risk factors,risks of home network coverage in HangZhou was classified and generalized.Through expert investigation method to identify different kinds of risks in the project,which was classified by the principle in line with risk assessment system,and a tree of risk factors index system was established.Risk factors has been quantized and sorted by using Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each risk factor.Last,The paper studied risk assessment and treatment by the example of home network coverage project at WuLinYiHao Community in HangZhou,then Summarized and Obtained the effectiveness and shortcomings about this instance.Research in this paper have reference value to improve risk management ability of HangZhou home network coverage project,and make sure the project implemented successful.
