Ningdong coal chemical industry base in the autonomous region as the No.1 project,take a boost in the autonomous region economy,optimize coal utilization value,turn the resource advantages into economic advantages.It also shoulder the responsibilities of introduction,promotion,master,research and development international advanced coal chemical technology.The overall plan for the development of base construction is fast and good.As the main force in the construction of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group coal chemical industry base,since 2004 the first coal methanol project construction has entered a period of rapid development.Up to now only 13 years,a number of projects have been completed and put into operation,along with the rapid development of enterprises,it has a growing demand for talent,especially front-line professional operators.In accordance with the enterprise personnel management ideas are young,knowledgeable,so that personnel training has become a bottleneck problem in the development of enterprises.M enterprise is one of the Shenhua Ningxia coal chemical industry base of specialized companies,with the continuous production base project,a sharp increase in the number of employees.In order to meet the production needs of various equipment as soon as possible,M enterprise puts a lot of manpower and material resources to construct a set of enterprise training management system,and every year to spend a lot of money for investment in training.However,new problems have emerged,the company built a training system,increasing investment in training,cost a lot of money.But after training,whether it can bring knowledge and skills to improve the staff,or can bring security,stability,long,full,excellent production to run situation?Through investigation on the effect of operation of the existing training management system of M company,from the evaluation method of enterprises of the same type of training method and effect of advanced,the author wants to find the problems in the implementation process of training management system through scientific and effective training evaluation,thus improve the operation effect of M enterprise "three step and four step" training management system,achieve the PDCA closed loop management of M enterprise in the process of training management system.This thesis is mainly divided into seven chapters,including introduction,literature review a nd definition?an overview of the implementation of M enterprise personnel training managem ent system?evaluation on the effect of M enterprise personnel training management system?pr oblems existing in the running process of M enterprise training management system?suggestions and conclusions for improving the operation effect of M enterprise personnel training managem ent system.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose an d significance of the research,the current situation of training at home and abroad,and the res earch status of training evaluation theory;Secondly,it introduces the general situation of M ent erprise personnel training management system.Through the analysis of the current situation of M enterprise training management system,this paper finds out the existing problems and analyz es the causes of the problems,and clarifies the necessity of implementing training effect evalua tion.Finally this paper introduces the development for the M production staff training managem ent system training model,method selection,evaluation process and evaluation results,The pape r also puts forward some suggestions to optimize the operation process of M enterprise producti on personnel training management system.The research of this paper has certain reference functi on and reference meaning to the personnel training management of coal chemical industry.
