The new generation of migrant workers return to hometown to start a business is not only a beneficial way to resolve the family members' employment problem and to increase family income,but also a better solution for transferring the rural surplus labor force,breaking the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas,improving the integration of both urban and rural regions,realizing the economic growth of county region.However,vast lands of our ethnic minorities region are in poverty.With the returning of the new generation of migrant workers,taking the advantage of it to push the economic growth and to get away from poverty can be a realistic and meaningful focus.Therefore,studying on the new generation of migrant workers returning to hometown to start a business academically becomes necessary and feasible.This diserrtation focus on the group of the new generation of migrant workers in BeiChuan,basing on the Human Capital Theory,Push and Pull Theory and Globe Entrepreneurship Monitor Theory,and through the approaches of questionnaire research and empirical research,does a description and comparison analysis on the personal and family's condition,willingness and characteristic of returning for starting a business and the startup environment of hometown for the new generation of migrant workers,meanwhile,does a empirical binary logistic research on the influenctial factors for the returning for starting a business.Then this dissertation finds out the problems which the migrant workers are facing and the influential factors come from the logistic analysis model,after that,analyzes the root causes of the problems.At last,put forward some pointed solutions and suggestions concerning to the theories and models to the problems.
