Enterprise is the main body in the social and economic development,and its relying on talents is getting higher and higher.FJ is a high-tech company to provide intelligent travel solutions for business customers,and the key personnel in the company play a decisive role.Therefore,effective incentives for this group are necessary to enhance the company's overall operating performance.This paper stands on summarizing and analyzing classical incentive theories and applications,at the same time,it combines FJ as an example to study its current situation and main problems of human resources in key positions.Thesis explores the causes of the problems through questionnaire and interviews.In addition,it analyzes specific situation in company and the characteristics of key talent.Through the connection of above theories and objective circumstance,paper designs improving incentives countermeasures of key personnel to perfect company ' s incentive system,the measures including short-term incentives,long-term incentives,assistant incentives and other several aspects.The results of this study can not only provide theoretical support for the attraction and retention of key talents for FJ Company,but also could promote the management level more comprehensively.Furthermore,it has positive reference significance for incentives countermeasures of key personnel in the similar and related industries.
