With China's entry into WTO and the promotion of the economic globalization, as well as the fierce market competition,the tobacco industry in China plays an important role in our economy,they are the major contributors to the national tax revenue,and promoting the national economy to a certain extent. China has joined <the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control>,the development of the tobacco enterprise is facing more severe operating environment,and the foreign tobacco companies aggravate the competition. The tobacco enterprises,who want to achieve further development,must combine with the current development needs to make corresponding adjustment,and get rid of the dependence on the national and local policy inclination.,And cultivating core competitiveness of the tobacco enterprise to adapt to the changes of business environment,which starts from the internal of the enterprises. The talent has become the core competitiveness of the key factors. The enterprise will have the initiative in the competition if the enterprise has the talent. In order to achieve business goals and create more economic benefits and social benefits for enterprises,the tobacco enterprises need to retain and attract talent,and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.The paper is written in the increasingly fierce of competition environment. It takes the JXYC tobacco enterprises as the breakthrough point,combine with relevant incentive theory and the field investigation and inspection. The paper analyses the existing problems of talent incentive in JXYC tobacco enterprises,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the management and improve the talent incentive mechanism in the JXYC enterprise,in order to attract and retain talents more effectively and establish talent advantage,improve the working enthusiasm as well as the creativity of employees. Cultivate enterprise's core competitiveness can make the enterprises develop sustained and healthily in the increasingly fierce competition environment.
