The Measurement And Influencing Factors' Analysis Of Green Entrepreneurial Behavior Of Agricultural Leading Enterprises

At present,the society is in the stage of social and natural problems outbreak,such as,tight resource constraints,serious environmental pollution,frequent food safety issues and so on,sustainable development has become the common pursuit of the world.In this context,green production and management activities of enterprises becomes important and urgent.As a powerful driving force,agricultural leading enterprise can promote the development of agriculture.Green entrepreneurial behavior of enterprises plays an important role in resource conservation and environmental protection,food safety,therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the research of green entrepreneurship of leading agricultural enterprises.Based on the current resources and environment background,the theory of sustainable development,stakeholders theory and environmental economics theory,after researched the domestic and foreign literature of green business,this paper regarded the leading agricultural enterprises as the research object,and used the survey data of Jiangxi Province,established the index model of green entrepreneurial behavior of agricultural leading enterprises,then measured the index of green entrepreneurial behavior of agricultural leading enterprises.At the same time,researched the analysis of the factors affecting the green entrepreneurial behavior of agricultural leading enterprisesThrough the analysis,the results show that: First,the green degree of production and management of agricultural leading enterprises is at a high level.Second,in the 5dimensions of green entrepreneurial behavior of agricultural leading enterprises,green procurement scored the highest,followed by the green service and green management,green entrepreneurial behavior scores were higher than the overall index,but green production and green marketing index is low.Third,the green entrepreneurial environment has a significant impact on the green entrepreneurial behavior of agricultural leading enterprises,we discovered that the policy support,environmental regulation,stakeholder pressure and corporate environmental awareness have a positive significant impact on agricultural leading enterprises of green entrepreneurial behavior.Fourth,in the basic variables of the firm,the nature and scale of enterprises have a significant impact on the green entrepreneurial behavior of agricultural leading enterprises,and the enterprises in the industry,cycle,whether or not listed,the total assets and other variables have no impact on the green behavior of agricultural leading enterprises.Finally,based on the research results,the research puts forward some suggestions to improve the environment of green business and promote the enterprise's green business.
