Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Old Village Reconstruction In Ruian

Transformation of old villages is an important way to promote urbanization progress and achieve agricultural modernization.It is also an objective requirement of the integration of urban and rural areas.With the city urbanization is accelerating in China,especially since the reform and opening up,transformation of old villages has played a positive role in modernization construction across our country.Nevertheless,many problems and shortcomings have come up.Therefore,it requires us to conduct in-depth research of the key conflicts under current policies and the internal demands of people,suggest strategies of adjusting the policies and improving government management,and effectively tackle those problems the come up during the process of village transformation.Based on the investigation of the old village transformation policy in Ruian,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the old village transformation,and through the investigation of the masses’ satisfaction,studies the ideas of the transformation of the old village under the new situation.From the objective perspective,the problems are mainly manifested in the form of the imbalance of regional development,capital and technology threshold.From the subjective perspective,the main problems presented are the lack of awareness of the transformation in the government and the villagers,ignorance of constructions of supporting facilities,and the one-sided pursuit of volume rate.In this paper,corresponding and practical countermeasures have been suggested.City planning should be made based on the whole situation,relevant policy support should be implemented,benefits should be kept to people,feedback from people should be concerned,democratic supervision is required,and the loopholes in the system should be made up.
