Car Sharing And Eco-friendly Mobility Plan For Mercadona

The purpose of my business plan is to create a car-sharing and eco-friendly mobility program with 100% electric cars for Mercadona in Spain. The company is one the most important and well-known companies of the country.First of all, let me explain what is exactly a car-sharing program. According to Wikipedia :"car-sharing is a model of car rental where people rent car for shorts periods of time. They are attractive to users who make occasional use of a vehicle". This is the simplest definition in order to have a first understanding of what is a car-sharing program.The idea is to carry out this business for Mercadona. Why Mercadona? because the company is one the biggest supermarket chains located in 46 provinces of 17 autonomous provinces in Spain having a downtown position in all the districts in those cities, being this one the key which is going to work out most of the problems that the CSO's (car-sharing operators) have at present.Moving on to the explanation of the process, the first step of the process would be the booking of the car in the nearest Mercadona to our location through the mobile application. Once the user books the car, this one will be block for him/her during 30 minutes. The user just will need to move to the Mercadona where he booked the carand start the journey. Such vehicle could be left at any point of the city as long as the car stay inside the limits of the city. Our team will be in charge of relocating the vehiclesin the Mercadona's supermarkets.
