| Our country 's urbanization background is complex,the traditional idea of urbanization has been unable to meet the requirements of the current urbanization development,new urbanization will be the key to solve the problem of China's growing urbanization,it more emphasis on people-oriented,not at the expense of agriculture and food,at the expense of the ecology and environment,farmers,cover the rural,implement the integration of urban and rural infrastructure and public services equalization,promote economic and social development,realize common prosperity.Jiexiu city of Shanxi Province is the only selected the first batch of pilot cities,A thorough understanding of new urbanization in Jiexiu city,intuitive access to new experiences and difficulties in urbanization construction,for promoting the reform and development of new urbanization provide more views and suggestions.In this paper,we mainly use the method of literature analysis,investigation analysis and theoretical analysis.Through literature research,the author reviewed and analyzed the existing research on the new type of urbanization and the urbanization of small cities,the relevant literature on the development of urbanization in the city is also reviewed.In the form of questionnaire and interview survey of new relevant situation of urbanization in Jiexiu city are analyzed,including the data of questionnaire recycling uses correlation analysis,regression analysis and factor analysis,statistical analysis method.This paper studies the urbanization policy in Jiexiu city in theoretical analysis,and puts forward some Suggestions.This paper mainly discussed from five parts.“Introduction” part mainly discusses the research background and significance,research objectives,research ideas and research methods.“Literature review”section on foreign relevant theory of urbanization development,the development of the urbanization in China related theory and the development of new urbanization theory carding and research.“New pilot case study analysis of urbanization in Jiexiu city” part mainly for farmland circulation in Jiexiu city,urbanization of cost,transfer of agricultural population unified to promote employment,urban infrastructure construction,household register,city of Jiexiu city of basic public services and other aspects of agricultural population transfer in the pilot reform of the present situation has carried on the research.“New pilot reform Suggestions and countermeasures of urbanization in Jiexiu city” part of thestudy of the third part is the conclusion put forward the corresponding development countermeasures from six aspects: constructing the capitalization of the farmland circulation system;Create citizenization of cost sharing mechanism;Development of migrant workers employment entrepreneurial base;To facilitate the construction of infrastructure and housing.The combination of implementation of the household registration system reform;Ensure that the“new citizen”equality shall enjoy the right of citizens.“Conclusion”part.Through analysis and research,we can see the current pilot reform in Jiexiu city wins initial success in work,basically reached the requirements of the national pilot program,but the urbanization is not enough in-depth,embodied in: failed to form a system of such a system,the lack of real attractive city resources,the new type of urbanization have a long way to go to work.Innovation points of this paper is to reveal the type energy heavy chemical transformation of small towns and the way,some laws of development of resources,such as through a fully integrated city industry transformation,relying on industrialization promoting urbanization,build a new financing system,to raise more funds for development of urbanization,etc. |
