Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of Farmland Circulation Willingness Under The Background Of Household Registration Reform

Twelfth session of the fifth meeting of the National People's Congress government work report: "the new urbanization accelerating,deepening the reform of household registration system,comprehensively implement the residence permit system." The household registration system reform has always been closely wratched.With the speeding up of industrialization urbanization process,the influx of rural labor force to cities and towns,binary household registration system in recent years has received the unprecedented impact,the reform of the household registration system.Land system is the basis of the household registration system,both fully combined to more conducive to promote the process of farmland conversion.The main body of land circulation are farmers,they will has a large influence on the progress of farmland conversion,the desire of peasant household land mobility and its influencing factors,to speed up the land circulation has important practical significance.Henan province is a big province of grain production in China,the research of the province's land circulation condition has strong representative.Taking Henan province as study area,a survey of more than 300 peasant households,for the province in the household registration system reform under the background of the current situation of land circulation and farmers' willingness to land circulation has been studied,analyzed under the background of the household registration system reform of the desire of peasant household land mobility significant influencing factors.In this paper,the main research contents:(1)Generalization of overall analysis about the present situation of land circulation in Henan province,mainly from the scale of land circulation and patterns and problems of land conversion in Henan province and so on to analyze.(2)The basic properties of the sample households and intend to make statistical analysis of land conversion.The basic attributes of sample households mainly from the householder age,educational level,family size,industry type,turn the land into the situation and so on were analyzed.On the other hand,the concrete analysis of farmers' willingness to transfer and the corresponding causes.(3)In Henan province farmland roll-in and roll-out will influence factors of research hypothesis,then the sample data by using Logistic regression model to carry on the empirical analysis,according to the operation results obtained significantly influence factors of farmers' land roll-in and roll-out.(4)According to the basic situation of Henan province land circulation and the above research conclusion,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to provide decision-making reference for the development of the land circulation in Henan province.
