According to the survey data of Gou Kou village(returning farmland to ecological forest)and Checheng village(returning farmland to economic forest),Apply to sustainable livelihood framework using impact analysis of Ecological Engineering International,and established the corresponding livelihood status evaluation index system.This article from the livelihood capital,livelihood strategy and the results of the three aspects of livelihood,and compare the data of Gou Kou Village(ecological forest)and Checheng village(economic forest),find the reason for the difference between the two and insufficient,the farmers willingness of returning farmland to farmers' evaluation the forest project,and satisfaction to the following policy expectations of several aspects were discussed and analyzed,and offer a propal.Finally obtained the following main conclusions:(1)Compared the livelihood capital,Gou Kou village in Natural capital than Checheng village more adequate,city resident township government is located in the village due to physical capital,human capital and financial capital is superior to Gou Kou village;social capital is not significant.Due to the advantages of the capital Checheng village conditions makes its livelihood strategy and livelihood results are better than Gou Kou village.(2)This village farmers' Livelihood Strategy the Checheng village,due to its favorable geographical position and the apple industry,mainly for agriculture and farmers' income sources of work;and relatively remote village Gou Kou agricultural income accounted for the largest proportion.(3)This village households' livelihood results,due to the advantages of capital Checheng village conditions make their livelihood results than Gou Kou the village is better.Whether farmers or non farming households,Checheng village poverty rates are lower than the Gou Kou village.(4)The vast majority of farmers in the two villages are willing to maintain the existing results of the conversion of farmland to forests,and are not satisfied with the country's subsidies and funds,hoping to increase the support in the future.At last,the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the problems of the two villages,hoping to improve the practical significance of the future policy development.
