A Study Of The Connection Between The Construction Of The Silk Road Economic Belt And The Eurasian Economic Union

Standing at a new historical point,looking at the world situation and coordinating the overall situation at home and abroad,China put forward The Silk Road Economic Belt.The Silk Road Economic Belt stretches for thousands of miles.It upholds the basic principles of openness and cooperation,harmony and tolerance,mutual benefit and win-win results.The country along the route is cordially invited to discuss,build,and share.Russia and Central Asian countries are on the Silk Road Economic Belt and are of great significance in promoting the construction of the Silk Road Belt.In recent years,the Eurasian Economic Union,led by Russia,Belarus and Kazakhstan,was formally established.Subsequently,Armenia and Kyrgyzstan joined the alliance.As the same economic strategy for the Eurasian continent,the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union will in a win-win situation.In view of this,in May 2015,the leaders of China and Russia jointly issued the "Joint Statement on Promoting the Construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Construction of the Eurasian Economic Union",and the cooperation between the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union officially kicked off.This work takes the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union as the entry point,combines international relations,geopolitics,international economics and uses case analysis method,qualitative analysis method,and so on.The theoretical foundation behind the Silk Road Economic Belt is the human fate community.It aims to build a new type of international relationship,and to maintain the long-term peace and prosperity of the world through closer cooperation among the countries.As the theoretical basis of the Eurasian Economic Union,the Eurasian theory has undergone evolution and innovation from classical Eurasianism to new European-Asianism.Its core idea is to unite countries in the post-Soviet space,establish a unified mainland market,and then form regional community.This work analyzes the commonalities and differences between the Silk Road Economic Belt and Eurasian Economic Union,and makes it clear that the two can achieve the development of dislocation and smooth docking.Subsequently,through a large number of cases and proofs,the linking power between the Silk Road Belt and the European Economic Union will be explained and the obstacles to the docking will be analyzed.Finally,this work will put forward the proposal and structure of connection between the Silk Road Belt and the European Economic Union,and three path choices and three methods of their connection.
