To develop the health and wellness tourism is of great significance to improve the quality of people's lives and residents' happiness.Health and wellness tourism as a new form of integration for the health industry shows a vigorous development trend,broad prospects. Changzhou has rich resources of health care, such as Maoshan, Tianmu Lake, Nanshan bamboo, Meng River Medical School of traditional Chinese medicine culture and Maoshan Taoist culture.It has the advantage of the health and wellness tourism, has great potential. However, it is still in the primary stage of development, which needs to sort out the resources of health care, summarize the current situation of the development of the health tourism products, and find the problems in the development process, so as to provide reference for the further development. In this paper, health and wellness tourism as the research object, taking Changzhou city as the study area, the health and wellness tourism product development and industrial development and its countermeasures study as the research problem,using literature analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, with Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, Taoism health theory, Chinese medicine "disease" theory and the tourism product development theory as the basis,according to market research results, build Changzhou health and wellness system of tourism products,including the characteristics of medical tourism products,health tourism products,culture and health tourism products,sports and health tourism cultural products,ecological leisure tourism products and healthy delicacy tourism products; and then put forward the Changzhou health and wellness tourism industry convergence development patterns: traditional Chinese medicine + travel patterns,cultural health + travel patterns, health tourism + pension patterns,health and wellness tourism+ Internet patterns, health and wellness tourism+sports tourism patterns; research also provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the organization and coordination management, encourage the innovation of the health and wellness tourism; strengthen the cultivation of compound talents,enhance the intensity of industrial integration; strengthen market supervision, industry self-regulation, standard development; expand propaganda, establish a brand, build demonstration base.This study from the perspective of the whole area, comprehensive combing Changzhou health and wellness tourism resources, combining with the mathematical methods, explores the health and wellness tourism product development and industry development in our country, to a certain extent, enriching the research contents and results of the health and wellness tourism in our country. And it's also a good mirror to Changzhou health and wellness tourism products and the development of its industry.
