| Alumni resources on the one hand refers to the value of human resources as an alumnus,on the other hand refers to the financial,material,information,cultural and social influence and other resources."Alumni" is a group with special emotional connection with his alma mater.For all those who have been in school learning experiences,the distribution of alumni community is a valuable network resources and unique intangible assets.In recent years,many scholars discussed on how to develop and utilize alumni resources,but more is conducting a study on how to serve the alumni resources construction of university and educational work.There are also some scholars explored in employment,entrepreneurial direction,but also limited at education.This paper argues that the alumni resources should not only become a research topic in the field of education.The use and development of alumni resources not only for the school,for many entrepreneurs,there are also a lot of sense.In the good economic situation,more and more people start a business.With the development of the Internet industry,the accounts of entrepreneurial team show a new high.Entrepreneurs in stimulating the demand for labor and promote local economic development played a key role.Entrepreneurial activity has inspired many scholars to explore and research in the field of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial team is an important part of Entrepreneurship theory.Relying on the mature venture theories in the academic community,study in entrepreneurship helps create high-quality entrepreneurial team and the sound development team has an important practical and theoretical significance.The study suggests that,on the one hand,alumni resources will have a direct impact on the entrepreneurial team performance;on the other hand,there are other intermediary variables in the process of the transformation.By reading a lot of literature,we find that social capital show a good explanation between resources and performance.Therefore,combined with social network theory,resource-based theory,the study discusses specific mechanism alumni resource utilization and performance between the entrepreneurial team from social capital perspective.The study use questionnaires to obtain relevant data.The key conclusions in our study are:(1)The using of Alumni resource has a positive impact on entrepreneurial team performance.(2)The using of Alumni resource has a positive impact on social capital.(3)Social capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial team performance.(4)Social capital plays an intermediary role in the transformation of alumni resource to performance. |
