With the continuous deepening of the country's economic transformation,t he country is facing greater downward pressure on the economy and the emplo yment problem is becoming more and more prominent.As an entrepreneurial a ctivity that effectively promotes employment and stimulates the economy,it is receiving more and more attention.Nowadays,the academic community is conc erned about the economic activities of entrepreneurial activities.Pulling action has been basically confirmed,but due to the differences in entrepreneurial envi ronments in different regions of China,the entrepreneurial performance of entre preneurial enterprises is also significantly different.In order to improve the suc cess rate of entrepreneurial activities,based on the theory of complementarity o f social resources,the main form of entrepreneurship is team entrepreneurship.Therefore,the difference between the members of the entrepreneurial team has become an important factor affecting the performance of entrepreneurship.How ever,the impact of the heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team members on entre preneurial performance is still inconclusive.Some studies have proved that the members of the entrepreneurial team are gender,age,and The heterogeneity of social work experience and other aspects can form complementary advantages,which is more conducive to the scientific and innovative decision-making of t he team.Some believe that these differences will lead to increased communicat ion costs of the team,which will lead to contradictions and reduce the perfor mance of the enterprise.Affect the development of enterprises.Based on the a bove research,we find that the relationship between entrepreneurial team hetero geneity and entrepreneurial performance is not simply a positive and negative r elationship.The difference between the industry and region in which the unit i s located and the research objectives will lead to different results.In the study of the relationship between the two,this paper combines the entrepreneurial e nvironment in Inner Mongolia and the characteristics of the entrepreneurial tea m,and introduces the mediator of the team atmosphere to explore his mediatin g role in the relationship between the two.This paper firstly organizes and analyzes the related theories and literature s of entrepreneurial team,entrepreneurial team heterogeneity,team atmosphere,entrepreneurial performance,defines their dimensions and measurement methods,then defines the dimensions involved in each variable,and establishes relevant three.Theoretical model,then use questionnaires to collect data and use SPSS21 analyzes the data and verifies the research hypothesis.The conclu sions are as follows:(1)The dimensions of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity are positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance;(2)The heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team positively affects the team atmosphere.(3)The dimens ions of team atmosphere are positively related to entrepreneurial performance;(4)Team atmosphere plays a part in mediating the relationship between entrepr eneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance.In view of the above conclusions,combined with the entrepreneurial situat ion in the Inner Mongolia Hubao area,the author proposes ways to improve t he entrepreneurial performance by creating a competitive and cooperative atmos phere.It is hoped that these methods can help the entrepreneurs in the region to improve their survival efficiency and performance level.
