An Empirical Study Of The Heterogeneity Of The Entrepreneurial Team, Corporate Social Capital And Entrepreneurial Performance Relationship

With entrepreneurial activity carried out in full swing, entrepreneurship in promoting economic growth and improve the economic vitality and provide employment opportunities for the community to make a great contribution, attracted wide attention of scholars, community and government. In earlier studies, the scholar is more focused on the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs. But with the rise of high-tech entrepreneurial phenomena increase the knowledge economy, people find difficult to rely solely on the power of individuals to create a successful business, so the importance of the entrepreneurial team to stand out. High heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial team to integrate more resources to achieve knowledge among members, information sharing and skills complement each other, so as to more effectively deal with highly uncertain business environment. This paper introduces the concept of corporate social capital for entrepreneurial team heterogeneity inherent mechanism and Entrepreneurial Performance in-depth discussion. In this paper, the entrepreneurial team heterogeneity for the study, investigate whether by changing the entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, thereby enhancing social capital, thus improving business performance, which has important practical and theoretical significance.In this paper, combing and reviewed on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature from the perspective of the entrepreneurial team, first define the entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, corporate social capital and entrepreneurial performance and other related concepts, and then analyzed between any two of these three variables relationship, exploratory build entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, the theoretical framework relationship corporate social capital and entrepreneurial performance of the three variables, and put forward relevant assumptions. On this basis, the design and questionnaires, the final recovery of180valid questionnaires, using SPSS19.0statistical analysis software for data collected empirical analysis, the final results are as follows:(1) entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and corporate social capital can be a direct impact on business performance.(2) entrepreneurial team heterogeneity of corporate social capital will have an impact.(3) Corporate social capital among entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance plays an intermediary role in part, means that entrepreneurs entrepreneurial team heterogeneity can influence corporate social capital to entrepreneurial performance.
